Thermaltake new Frio Silent Series - Frio Silent 14 is a CPU cooler designed with a non-interference cooling design, allowing for the use of high-performance RAM and motherboards. The 140mm fan silently enhances airflow to aid in performance. It is fully compatible with all types of RAM, making it ideal for power users who want to fill their RAM slots with high-end overclocked RAM.

Non-interference cooling design: The Frio Silent 14 addresses the co-existence problem of high-performance RAM and CPU coolers, achieving the best RAM clearance, allowing users to easily install high-end overclocked RAM alongside coolers.

Performance optimized design: The optimized 0.4mm aluminum fins are designed for distinctive looks and rapid heat dissipation. The tower side flow design enhances cooling performance.

Heat conductivity: Three Φ8mm solid copper heat pipes effectively dissipate heat, allowing for maximum heat conductivity. The heat pipes are in direct contact with the CPU to ensure fast and efficient heat dissipation.

PWM and LNC in one: A 140mm PWM fan is included to enhance airflow and produce impressive cooling performance of up to 1200 RPM. The LNC (Low Noise Cable) reduces the noise level by 38%, from 19.3 dBA to 12 dBA.

Universal socket compatibility: The cooler supports all the latest Intel and AMD platforms, including Haswell LGA1150.
