The TheraBand Miniball is a soft, inflatable ball that can be used for various effective exercises to strengthen the back and abdominal muscles. The stretchy, skin-friendly PVC material makes the yellow ball, measuring 23 cm in diameter, a grippy and slip-resistant training tool on hard surfaces. An exercise poster is included in the package. It aids in muscle building, toning, stretching, and strengthening, including push-ups, abdominal workouts, sit-ups, squats, and light weightlifting. The ball is also ideal for yoga exercises, a Pilates workout program, stability and mobility training, as well as other low-impact aerobic exercises. It is perfect for use in Pilates, yoga, or rehabilitation. The elastic, slightly textured surface does not slip when placed on hard surfaces.
