Motion detector (PIR) for wall mounting in outdoor areas. It features a semi-circular detection area of 180° with a range of 12 meters at a mounting height of 2.5 meters. The device includes a switching output with a 1-channel light relay for 230 V. Additional anti-creep protection is provided. The sensor head can be rotated horizontally by ± 90° and tilted downwards by 30°. Brightness switching value and run-on time are adjustable. It is suitable for controlling fluorescent, incandescent, halogen lamps, and LEDs. The detector employs zero-cross switching for relay-friendly operation and high lamp loads. It allows for the teach-in of the current brightness value, includes a pulse function, and has a test function for checking the detection range. Mounting on a flush-mounted box (60 mm) is possible, and it features a one-hand plug-in base for easy installation. Immediate commissioning is possible thanks to presetting, and the setting elements are protected. A dummy terminal for the protective conductor is also included.
