Trust is good, control is better. A thermo-hygrometer is the friend of a comfortable climate and the index finger that warns you when something is wrong with the climate. The digital display shows you the indoor temperature and humidity. If the smiley smiles at you, everything is in the green zone. If its mood drops and it pulls the corners of its mouth downwards, this is your warning signal to make changes to the room climate by actively heating and ventilating. The aim is to create a cosy atmosphere. According to studies, most people feel most comfortable in rooms with 20 to 23 °C and 40 to 60 % humidity. The kitchen can be a tad cooler at 18 °C, while 16 to 18 °C is sufficient in the bedroom. But be careful: your own temperature perception is often deceived by various factors and humidity is difficult to sense anyway. The thermo-hygrometer sends you clear, objective signals, helping you to save on heating costs and detect the risk of mould if the humidity is too high. At a slim 45 x 58 mm, the digital thermo-hygrometer is almost inconspicuous, regardless of where you place it. Place or hang it in the centre of the room. A place directly by the window, near the heating or behind a curtain is less suitable. The small device is powered by a CR2032 battery, which is included in the scope of delivery.
