Product details

Wireless thermometer with transmission of outdoor temperature and a range of 100 meters. Additional display of indoor temperature. Radio-controlled clock with date, suitable for hanging or standing. Required batteries (not included): 2 x 1.5 V AAA (base station) and 2 x 1.5 V AA (transmitter).

The time base for the radio-controlled time display is a cesium atomic clock operated by the National Metrology Institute, which has a deviation of less than 1 second in 1 million years. This time is encoded and transmitted by a sender in Mainflingen via DCF77 signal (77.5 kHz) over a transmission range of about 1500 km. Your weather station receives this signal, converts it, and always shows you the exact time, regardless of summer or winter.
