The RJ45 plug Cat.6A is the one for time-saving and reliable on-site assembly, for all networks from Voice to 10 Gigabit Ethernet. It can be fitted to all common cable types in just 60 seconds - without special tools. Especially when space is limited in data centres, connections can be made quickly and cost-effectively with centimetre precision. Excessive cable lengths and the resulting space problems are a thing of the past. And thanks to its compact design, the multiport-capable Cat.6A connector can also be used in the most confined spaces.
Application:
Step 1: Remove cable sheath, presort wire pairs, untwist and insert into the wire manager. The integrated mounting aid protects the board and makes mounting easier. With the clearly visible printing, you can choose between the colour code according to T568A and T568B. Press the wire manager together with pliers and cut off protruding wires.
Step 2: Remove the mounting aid and insert the board with the connected wires into the connector housing. The wire manager is designed to be twist-proof and can only be pushed into the connector housing in the correct orientation.
Step 3: Snap the housing into place and engage the strain relief.
