TV and radio broadcasts can be easily recorded with the DVR function and, for example, played back later using the TIMESHIFT method. The recordings can be effortlessly edited with the included video editing software EVE v2. For instance, commercial breaks can be easily removed or effects conveniently added. Overall, the SkyStar USB HD offers the functionality and comfort of a fully-fledged HDTV hard disk receiver.
