Rail D-Sub connector end housing with full metal shielding from TE Connectivity. This series of high-quality full metal D-Sub connector end housings is designed for use with D-Sub miniature connectors. The robust two-part die-cast covers are secured with self-locking screws for easy assembly. Covers are available with two strain relief options: crimp strain relief for harsh environments and extreme vibrations, and screw strain relief for quick cable preparation. With their three cable exit options and 360° EMC shielding, the all-metal caps are ideal for use in EN50155 systems. For crimp strain relief, a crimp flange and a suitable size crimp sleeve are required, with the selection depending on the outer diameter of the cable used. Large crimp flange, see standard part number 139-1547 for size selection. Small crimp flange, see standard part number 139-1556 for size selection. Crimp sleeves, see standard part number 139-1564 for size selection. For screw strain relief, a cable clamp of suitable size is required, with the selection also depending on the outer diameter of the cable used. Cable clamps, see standard part number 139-1541 for size selection.
