Rail D-Sub connector end housing with full metal shielding from TE Connectivity. This series of high-quality full metal D-Sub connector end housings is designed for use with D-Sub miniature connectors. The robust two-part die-cast hoods are secured with self-locking screws for easy assembly. Hoods are available with two strain relief options: crimp strain relief for harsh environments and extreme vibrations, as well as screw strain relief for quick cable preparation. With their three cable exit options and 360° EMC shielding, the all-metal hoods are ideal for use in EN50155 systems. For crimp strain relief, a crimp flange and a suitable size crimp sleeve are required, with the selection depending on the outer diameter of the cable used.
