TE Connectivity contacts of the Dynamic D-3000 series. Solder tab and socket contacts of the Dynamic D-3000 series are designed for use in connector housings of the same series. These contacts can be used in all housings of the series and carry a high current of up to 15 A. When inserted into the housing, a lance in the housing secures the contact in position and produces an audible click to confirm secure locking. The contact can also be easily removed with the right tools. The terminals of the Dynamic D-3000 series feature a twist-resistant socket and flat plug design with 3 contact points for improved electrical reliability. Two types of contact pressure are available for different applications: standard pressure to withstand frequent insertion and removal, and high pressure for environments with strong vibration. These crimp contacts of the Dynamic D-3000 series are available in tinned or gold-plated options to meet a wide range of applications.
