When inserting the contact into the housing, a lance in the housing secures it in position and produces an audible click to confirm secure locking. The contact can also be easily removed with the correct tools. The contacts of the Dynamic D-2000 series feature a twist-resistant box design with 3 contact points for improved electrical reliability. A long contact wipe length ensures the high electrical reliability required for use in industrial applications.
