Instructions for use | Substrate pre-treatment: At least one side to be bonded must be absorbent. Most moisture-permeable substrates are suitable, e.g. wood, plasterboard, plaster, concrete, etc. Only bond dust-free, grease-free and dry materials. When gluing wood, the wood moisture content should not be above 15% and not below 8%. In the case of metals, especially lead and aluminium, remove any oxide layers immediately before bonding; sand very smooth surfaces if necessary. Application: Depending on the application, spread evenly over the entire surface with a PE glue comb. Fixing: The pressing time depends on the structure, moisture, density and shape of the material. For tension-free bonding of wood-based materials, the pressing time is approx. 9 minutes. Experience has shown that the pressing time is extended by a factor of 1.9 for tension-free bonding with a non-absorbent substrate. |
