The impact-resistant material of the profiles and sheets (polystyrene - PS) can be easily processed with a craft knife. It can be scored, then snapped, and the break edge can be easily finished with sandpaper or a sanding sponge. Plastic sheets up to about 1.0 mm thick can also be cut with scissors. For additional effects or applications, they can be heated with a heat gun and shaped as desired.
