Talens Bespannter Keilrahmen Baumwolle 3D 15 x 15 cm

The canvas of this Talens stretcher frame is made of 100% cotton, weighs 300 g/m² when primed, and has a fine texture with 21.5 x 19 threads/cm². It is hand-coated four times (1 layer of gelatin, 3 layers of acrylic-based gesso) and naturally dried before being stretched. The frames of the 3D variant are made from 4 cm thick, European, FSC-certified softwood. The rounded, raised edge at the top ensures that the canvas does not touch the frame. Additionally, each stretcher frame comes with extra beech wood wedges for tightening the canvas. Talens stretcher frames are excellent for oil and acrylic techniques.
