The RX1223RP offers easy storage expansion with 12 drive bays for 3.5"/2.5" SATA HDD/SSD drives. Up to eight RX1223RP expansion units can be added to compatible servers to achieve up to 1.7 petabytes of additional raw storage. Modular drive trays and system fans allow for easy and quick replacement, reducing the impact of maintenance on service availability. Redundant power supplies keep your data online in case one power source fails. Thanks to the plug-and-play design, the RX1223RP is ready to use as soon as it is connected to a host device. Online storage expansion and easy storage management in Synology DiskStation Manager (DSM) simplify configuration and management.
