Supermagnete Channel magnet

The neodymium flat bar magnet, measuring 25 x 13 x 4 mm, features a countersink hole and is embedded in a U-shaped steel profile. It provides a holding force of approximately 10 kg. The steel profile significantly enhances the magnetic strength during direct contact and additionally protects the magnet from impacts. With a low height of only 4 mm, it is particularly suitable for discreetly mounting signs, tools, or similar items. Typical applications include carpentry, kitchen construction, trade fair and shop fitting, as well as labeling technology.

Suitable screws for the holes include countersunk wood screws with a slot (DIN 97, 3.5 mm), countersunk screws with a cross slot (ISO 7046-2 M3), countersunk screws with a hexagon socket (ISO 14581 M3), or countersunk screws with an internal hexagon (ISO 10642 M3).

Holds on the ceiling (force acts perpendicular to the magnet's contact surface): approx. 10 kg
Holds on the wall (force acts parallel to the magnet's contact surface): approx. 2 kg

The specified force is achieved when the magnet is placed directly on a flat metal surface. To maintain its strength, avoid collisions with other magnets or impacts (e.g., with a hammer).
