The Sto-Fen Omni-Bounce OBO-4X is a professional flash diffuser for compatible camera flash units. This diffusion accessory softens direct flash light to avoid harsh shadows and achieve even illumination of the subject. Its unique design allows for mounting in seconds without additional tools, Velcro, or adhesives. For optimal performance, tilt the flash head about 30 degrees upward to create omnidirectional light reflection around your subject. This technique preserves details in bright areas and reproduces skin tones with natural accuracy. The diffuser supports wide-angle lenses with focal lengths starting from 15 mm, which is particularly useful when standard flash coverage only extends to 24 mm. It also works effectively for macro photography applications.
