Stentor Messina

The Stentor Messina is the first model from the series of high-quality orchestral instruments by Stentor. These are outstanding handcrafted instruments carved from selected and grained tonewoods. The Stentor Messina cello is produced in a specialized workshop within the Stentor factory, where the most skilled workers operate under the close supervision of a master in a traditional violin-making environment that has been familiar to instrument makers for centuries. The result is a fine instrument with excellent craftsmanship and outstanding sound. The violin is carved from solid tonewoods, finished with a traditional hand-applied shellac varnish, and equipped with Pirastro strings. All instruments are individually assembled in the workshop.
