Durch die Steinplatte gelingt speziell das Garen und Warmhalten von Speisen sehr gut und auch das Reinigen des Gerätes erfolgt schnell und ohne Probleme. Da aber keine Rinne für das überschüssige Fett vorhanden ist läuft dieses unkontrolliert am Gerät herunter.
