M.2 SSD to 2.5-inch SATA III adapter from StarTech. Enhance system performance by replacing a 2.5-inch SATA hard drive with an M.2 solid-state drive using the StarTech SAT2M2NGFF25 M.2 SSD to SATA adapter. Protect an M.2 (NGFF) SSD in any 2.5-inch form factor with an integrated enclosure. Upgrade any computer with M.2 SSD performance through conversion from M.2 to SATA. Great compatibility with support for the most common SATA M.2 SSDs (2242, 2260, 2280). Supports SATA Revision I/II/III (1.5/3.0/6.0 Gbit/s). Accommodates 9.5 mm or larger for 2.5-inch form factor in SATA enclosures. The M.2 to SATA adapter features a sealed enclosure that further protects the NGFF SSD (Next Generation Form Factor). Use an M.2 drive with confidence in applications that require exceptional durability, such as hot-swap drive bays or external SATA docking stations.
