StarTech Network cable

This CAT6a Ethernet cable fulfils all category 6a cable specifications. It ensures reliable 10 Gbit connections between your network devices.

Each CAT6a cable has been tested for a frequency of up to 500 MHz and is therefore more than suitable for 10GBase-T Ethernet networks.

The cable has been developed for high quality and features foil-shielded, twisted wire pairs made from 100% copper. The cable is designed to ensure that the data signals transmitted over the network are free from interference and system noise. It is perfect for environments where large amounts of electromagnetic interference (EMI/RFI) can occur.

This CAT6a patch cable has 100% copper wire and has been tested to meet the requirements of ANSI/TIA 568 C.2 Category 6a. No copper clad aluminium (CCA) wires are used, which can cause problems such as low power, heat generation, equipment damage and possibly fires.

The 50 micron gold connectors provide optimum conductivity and prevent signal loss due to oxidation or corrosion.

For effortless cable routing, this durable cable features seamless moulded connectors that protect the RJ45 plugs during installation, reducing the likelihood of them kinking or breaking.

The moulded strain relief also prevents excessive flexing of the CAT6a Ethernet cable on the RJ45 connectors to minimise strain. This reduces the risk of cable damage that could affect network connectivity and performance.
