The USB 3.0 docking station for SATA hard drives with 4 drive bays from StarTech allows you to connect or swap 4 drives from your desktop or laptop computer simultaneously via a USB port. The hard drive docking station features independently powered SATA connections for each individual drive, ensuring that they can operate separately. This gives you the ability to use the hot-swap function of one drive while transferring data to another.

Optimal performance is ensured with support for SATA III (6 Gbit/s) and UASP SATA controller with independent power supply. It includes a built-in 40mm dual fan. Compatible with SATA hard drives version I/II/III (1.5/3.0/6.0 Gbit/s) and USB 3.0/2.0/1.1 (5 Gbit/s/480 Mbit/s/1.5 Mbit/s). Supports hard drives (HDD) with a form factor of 2.5 inches and 3.5 inches as well as solid-state drives (SSD).

The docking station offers 4 drive bays with top-loading and drive covers. Ideal for system builders and IT professionals who require quick access to drives during imaging processes.
