The QSFP40GAO30M is an MSA-compliant optical Quad Small Form Factor Pluggable (QSFP+) cable, specifically designed, programmed, and tested for use with 40-GbE compatible switches and routers. This AOC QSFP+ cable supports 40 Gigabit Ethernet applications (4 x 10 GbE) connected via QSFP+ ports. It is a low-loss, low-latency cable that is hot-swappable, allowing for seamless upgrades and replacements with minimal network downtime.

The QSFP fiber optic cable is lighter and more flexible than the QSFP+ direct attach cable, making it ideal for installation in tight spaces and for longer distances. It is designed for high-speed connections and is excellent for point-to-point network switch or server connections.
