The StarTech PCI to USB 3.0 adapter with 2 ports allows for the connection of USB 3.0 peripherals to a PC via an older PCI host port. The PCIUSB3S22 card features an optional SATA power connector, enabling each port to supply USB 3.0 devices with up to 900 mA. 2 external SuperSpeed USB 3.0 ports provide up to 900 mA power supply via USB 3.0. Backward compatible with USB 2.0/1.x devices. Includes a mounting bracket with flat/half-height design.
