Sony ILME-FR7 Sony Cinema Line FR7 The Sony FR7 incorporates the electronics and features of the Sony FX6 (ILME-FX6). The camera body resembles a Sony Venice Rialto system, while the PTZ mechanism is similar to the BRC-X1000 series. Sony has combined several features from existing top cameras.

The FR7 is an electronically controllable Pan-Tilt and Zoom (PTZ) full-frame camera from the Cinema line, featuring an interchangeable PTZ lens and a dynamic range of over 15 stops, a 4K (QFHD) high frame rate of 120 frames per second, Fast Hybrid and Real-time Eye AF, as well as S-Cinetone color function.

For ceiling mounting, the optional Ceiling mount bracket CIB-PCM1 is required. To control it via an existing Sony RM-IP500, version V2.20 is needed on the RM-IP500. A separate cover can be ordered as a spare part for the camera functions of the FR7 for the RM-IP500.
