Zudem punktet das Gerät mit der Geo-Tagging Funktion oder mit dem integriertem USB-Kabel. Außerdem ist die Farbwiedergabe hervorragend, gerade bei Hauttönen macht der Camcorder einen guten Eindruck.
Im Vergleichstest muss sich die Sony seiner Konkurrenz geschlagen geben, kann dafür jedoch mit einer 160 GB Festplatte punkten und auch die Geo-Tagging Funktion hebt den Camcorder von der Konkurrenz ab. Sein großes Zoomobjektiv sorgt zudem für ausreichenden Weitwinkel und flexible Einsatzmöglichkeiten.
Die Videoaufnahmen sind solide und durch den eingebauten Speicher sollte es diesbezüglich auch keine Platzprobleme geben.
