Der Sony HDR-PJ810 ist ein Camcorder ohne echte Schwächen, dennoch könnten die Transportierbarkeit und die Betriebsdauer etwas besser sein. Ansonsten darf man sich auf hohe Bildqualitäten bei Video und Foto erfreuen, ebenso auf einen guten Ton. Dabei bietet das Modell eine vielseitige Ausstattung und lässt sich einfach bedienen.

Grundsätzlich spiegelt die HDR-PJ810 zweifellos feinste Camcordertechnologie wieder, die aus der Hand im Automatik-Modus erstaunliche Bilder ermöglicht. Hätte Sony nicht ein weiteres mal die voll manuelle Bedienung und die Bildcharakteristik der Kamera gesperrt, könnten wir die Kamera guten Gewissens jedermann empfehlen.

Sowohl bei der Bildqualität als auch beim Handling kann man der Sony kaum einen Vorwurf machen. Der Bildstabilisator arbeitet effektiv und auch die Ausstattung samt eingebautem kleinen Beamer sowie zahlreichen Anschlüssen ist gelungen. Allerdings kann der Nutzer hier manuell kaum etwas einstellen, weshalb das Modell eher für Profis ungeeignet ist.
