Easy to install, this module replaces the standard fan module in your xMac mini server and is suitable for use with cool-running PCIe cards, including most pro-audio, video recording and processing, as well as many other cards. Since the fans in this module rotate more slowly and move less air than the standard fan module, this option is not recommended for use with SAS host bus adapters and RAID controllers, Fibre Channel, or 10-gigabit Ethernet cards.
