The SmallRig RC 450D is the new generation of powerful COB LED video lights from SmallRig. It utilizes the AstralTech optical system with a 55-degree hyper reflector to achieve 172,000 Lux (1 m) and competes with a 1.2K HMI Fresnel when used with a Fresnel of the same beam angle, tested at 3 m@5600K. It features a CRI of 96+ and a TLCI of 97+ for accurate color rendering and reproduction, surpassing its predecessors. A GaN (Gallium Nitride) adapter enables a power efficiency of at least 95%, and a damping head mount system protects the light. This device, made of metal and non-flammable V-0 material, is 20% lighter and can be controlled via the switch, the SmallGoGo app, or the optional control panel. The Bowens mount supports most light control accessories to create various lighting effects. Additionally, a storage bag is included to facilitate storage and transport.
