Motor Analyzer
The SKYRC Motor Analyzer is a precise electronic device specifically designed to measure the KV value, revolutions per minute (RPM), power consumption, motor runtime, vibration noise level, and to check the function of Hall effect sensors in a brushless motor. It features a 2X16 character LCD that displays real-time measurements from either sensor or sensorless brushless motors.
Noise Level
Poor assembly, low-quality bearings, and unbalanced rotors can generate vibrations. Whenever a motor vibrates in the air, it creates pressure waves in the air. These waves propagate as sound or noise from the motor. The vibration noise of the motor negatively affects its performance. By measuring the noise level of motors, you can select a motor that operates with less noise. The decibel (dB) is a logarithmic unit used to express noise levels in this motor analyzer.
