Product details

Stability and efficiency through better cooling. The SilverStone SST-TP06 envelops your M.2 SSDs and keeps them at low temperatures. The cooler is suitable for M.2 drives in PS5 consoles. It replaces the original M.2 cover, providing better heat dissipation for the NVMe SSD in your PlayStation 5.

During gaming, your SSD can generate significant heat. To protect your hardware, your SSD throttles down at a certain temperature to prevent overheating. While this safety measure is important, it also degrades gaming performance. This heat sink alleviates the issue by efficiently dissipating the heat produced by the SSD. Thermal throttling, the temperature-induced throttling of the drive, is thus prevented.
