Product details

The SST-MMS02C from SilverStone is an external enclosure for hard drives and SSDs with IP68 certification and an integrated USB cable. It connects via a USB 3.1 Type-C port on a PC or laptop. It is designed for 2.5-inch hard drives with a SATA interface, and the drives or SSDs must not exceed a height of 9.5 mm.

Operation is simple, intuitive, and does not require studying a manual. Just connect the external hard drive enclosure to the PC via the USB 3.1 Type-C port—no separate drivers need to be installed.

The device offers Plug & Play and UASP (USB Attached SCSI Protocol) for enhanced performance. An integrated thermal pad ensures efficient heat dissipation. It supports 2.5-inch hard drives without capacity limitations. Drive activity is indicated by a blue LED.
