The Silva pedometer ex30 counts steps and measures distance as well as calories. An automatic timer provides information about the training duration. You have manual access to the silvaconnet.com website where you can upload your training results, set and check your training goals. You can also challenge friends to the "Step Contest". When the unit is not in use, the display enters the power save mode to extend the battery life. The pedometer has features such as 7-day memory, automatic 24-hour reset and a step barometer that allows users to reach and maintain the recommended 10,000 steps per day. The Silva pedometer ex30 has an integrated collar with safety lock.
