The perfect heart rate monitor for training in the gym and with friends is the PC 22.13. It securely transmits heart rate values with EKG accuracy using the digitally coded STS transmission system. During training, you can easily see your current heart rate and the total calories burned at a glance. The operation of the heart rate monitor is extremely simple, utilizing just two buttons. It features a specially designed fit for both women and men. All models with DIGICODE are characterized by their digitally coded transmission. This prevents interference during group training, eliminating what is known in technical terms as the "cross-talk effect." At the beginning of the workout, synchronization occurs between the chest strap and the heart rate monitor. Subsequently, the watch only receives data from its own chest strap. Heart rate values are converted into digital data packets and transmitted to the receiver in the watch. A checksum ensures the accuracy of the digital data packets. Additionally, the "Time Coding & ID Process" provides significantly safer data transmission compared to analog heart rate monitors.
