The maintenance-free battery modules with lithium iron phosphate batteries SITOP BAT1600 are an essential component of DC UPS systems. In combination with a 24 V power supply and a UPS1600 module, they enable backup during power outages for up to several hours. The battery module using lithium technology (LiFePO4) is characterized by consistent performance and voltage across the entire discharge range. Due to its high temperature resistance, it has an exceptionally long lifespan. The intelligent battery management of the UPS1600 charges the BAT1600 with the optimal temperature-controlled charging curve and monitors the status (operational data and diagnostic information) of the connected battery modules via the Energy Storage Link. For longer backup times, up to six battery modules can be connected in parallel. Mounting can be done on standard profile rails or via optional wall mounting.
