Shido DC 8.0 battery charger 12V 8A - all battery types

Need to charge a flat battery? Whether car, motorbike, light truck, quad bike, snowmobile or boat, all vehicles with starting batteries of up to approx. 800Ah can be perfectly charged thanks to the fully automatic and microprocessor-controlled DC25 charger from Shido. It doesn't matter whether you have a standard lead-acid battery, a closed GEL or AGM battery (with or without start/stop) or even a modern lithium battery. This charger combines all charger variants in one.

Thanks to its minimal size, the charger itself can be stowed away almost anywhere, and can also be conveniently packed under the seat, in a rucksack or in the boot when travelling. It is supplied with accessory cables with crocodile clips and ring terminals for a permanent vehicle connection.

Intelligent microprocessor electronics in the DC25 protect the device itself from overloading by switching off automatically. The charging process is carried out in several power stages for greater precision and safety in order to preserve battery life.

Safety is guaranteed by reverse polarity protection, a thermal fuse and electronic protection against sparking, which makes handling easy and safe. (Reverse polarity protection is not provided in SUPPLY mode).

The device has a digital display that provides the user with all the necessary information before and during the charging process.

The Shido DC25 charger is provided with mounting holes so that it can also be firmly attached to the wall in the workshop. It also has a workshop hook for easy hanging and is splash-proof.

Enhancements compared to the smaller DC models: The Shido DC25 has an additional charging programme especially for AGM batteries.
