The all-in-one music server Cocktail Audio X40 can do much more than just stream music. It also digitizes analog audio from its line or phono inputs and stores the data on a hard drive.
For the ambitious high-end user, the Cocktail Audio X40 fulfills all wishes. It is not only an all-in-one HD music server that plays virtually all imaginable formats. With the push of a button, it conserves downloads from low bit to high-res (including DSD) on optionally available internal or external hard drives. Its drive rips CDs into any format. Additionally, it can digitize analog signals present at the line inputs or phono port upon request. Thanks to its volume control, the X40 also takes on the role of a preamplifier. Network enthusiasts will also appreciate the recently completed app, which allows them to comfortably control the Cocktail Audio X40 from a tablet.
