Buying a mount is a good idea if either the original mount is defective (for example, if the helmet has fallen and landed on the mount) or if you want to fit a second additional helmet with an additional mount. If you have several helmets with a built-in mount, the Bluetooth unit can be easily and simply changed from helmet to helmet without having to constantly rebuild everything. Simply attach the Bluetooth unit to the desired helmet equipped with a bracket and ride off.
