Thanks to the inclined heat pipes, the cooler is not positioned directly above the base plate but is slightly offset to the rear. This asymmetrical design allows unrestricted access to the memory slots. To ensure high operational smoothness and an average lifespan of 120,000 hours, a PWM fan from the Kaze Flex series is used. The closed liquid bearing minimizes friction and wear with the help of a special oil film. Rubberized contact surfaces have a decoupling effect and prevent the transmission of any vibrations that may occur. The second generation of the Hyper Precision Mounting System features several improvements regarding user-friendliness. The pre-assembled mounting bar significantly simplifies installation, while screws equipped with springs prevent uneven pressure distribution. For convenient assembly, the Mugen 5 comes with an extra-long screwdriver.
