Product details

AFDD - Arc Fault Detection Device (Fire Protection Switch) combined with a circuit breaker, Acti 9 iDPN N Arc. Single pole + N, 16A, B-curve. Breaking capacity of 6kA according to EN 60898, operating voltage 230/240V AC. Upon detecting a dangerous series or parallel arc fault, the AFDD trips to disconnect the faulty circuit from the power supply. In addition to protecting against arc faults, the device also protects against short circuits, overloads, and voltage surges. Arc faults can occur due to poor or damaged cable insulation or faulty connections, potentially leading to a fire. Standards: EN/IEC 62606, IEC 60898-1.
