With the Wiser smart home system's central unit, you can set up a certified Zigbee 3.0 mesh network in your home, allowing other smart devices to connect. The central unit connects to Schneider Electric's cloud service, enabling secure remote access and notifications even when you are away. The device should be placed in the most open and central location; however, every Wiser device connected to the power supply acts as a message router, ensuring a wide and reliable system. The unit can be installed in a standard device box, directly on the wall, or as a standalone option on a table. It operates either wirelessly via Wi-Fi or through an Ethernet cable. Power supply options include 230V with the included adapter and USB cable or 12VDC/0.5A through the device's cable connections (transformer not included).

Wiser is a reliable and evolving smart home system that is easy to install and customize according to each home's needs and preferences. Wiser allows residents to use their smartphone as the home's controller through the Wiser by SE application. Wiser is compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Siri services. All devices connected to the home are visible and controllable through the Wiser by SE application. The open and certified Zigbee 3.0 ensures expandability with third-party devices, with certification guaranteeing compatibility. This widely used standard includes over 450 manufacturers. Schneider Electric's devices can also be used in other applications. The solution can easily be expanded later on, for example, with new devices from Schneider Electric.

The product package includes: Wiser central unit, metal frame for device box installation, power supply, USB cable for the power supply, Class II plug, screws and plugs, and installation instructions.
