The monitoring of daily physical activity has never been so sophisticated: The Go Life Watch is the fitness tracker with a calorie counter, step counter, and sleep monitoring that helps you improve your well-being. It features a touch display that allows you to check the current time and date at any moment.

In addition to recording daily physical activity, the Go Life Watch can also monitor sleep quality by distinguishing between light and deep sleep. The data recorded by this fitness tracker during the day can be displayed on your smartphone: synchronized with the free Go Life app, it allows you to track daily progress and analyze records. The Go Life Watch also enables you to set silent alarms and control music playback. If you wish, you can also receive notifications for incoming calls and messages directly on your wristband.

The Go Life Watch has a built-in USB port for charging: once the battery is empty, simply detach the wristband and connect the fitness tracker directly to a PC or any USB charger. This procedure also allows you to turn the product on if it has shut down.

The Go Life Watch uses the free Go Life application, developed by SBS for sports enthusiasts who want to track their daily goals. The app is available for free in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and allows you to connect all devices in the Go Life range, including various fitness trackers, jump ropes, weights, body fat scales, food scales, and bike cadence sensors.
