... Eine relativ gute Note verdient der Sanyo für seine erfreulich scharfen, gut gezeichneten Fotos; allerdings schlägt das kräftige Rauschen auch auf die Standbilder durch. Selbst mit Blitz belichtete Aufnahmen zeigen die Schärfe reduzieren des Rauschen, das alle Helligkeitsbereiche beeinträchtigt.
Der dreifache optische Zoom ist zwar ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal des PD 1, man sollte ihn aber mit Vorsicht einsetzen. Denn er sorgt für deutliche Geräusche, die den an sich sehr guten Klang empfindlich stören. Auch der Autofokus hat Probleme, die Schärfe zu halten. Dafür bietet der PD 1 die höchste Fotoauflösung aller Testkandidaten.
