If they are within Bluetooth range of up to 120 meters, you can find their approximate location using the SmartThings app on your smartphone. Or simply ring the Galaxy SmartTag2, and it will emit a loud sound to indicate its location. It can also locate items beyond the standard Bluetooth range (up to 120 meters).
You don’t need to retrace your steps to where you last saw it. Register a new Galaxy SmartTag2 and start using SmartThings Find right away. With its intuitive interface, you now have an easy way to quickly and reliably find the things you love. Together with the SmartThings Find network, you can extend the range and even locate lost pets.
When your belongings seem to have vanished into thin air and you can’t find them, turn on "Nearby Search" and receive intuitive directions through the compass view. Still not in sight? Then let your SmartTag2 call you with 'Ring your Tag'.
