Sacon

The saCon LWL-LED patch cable is designed for use in offices, industry, and data centers. The cable construction ensures that the optical transmission parameters provide a maximum level of data security. The patented method for easily identifying the cable ends significantly increases operational safety, as it prevents accidental pulling of the patch cables. After one end of the patch cable is connected to the detector, both cable ends are electrically activated and light up.

Patch cable type

The cable type, describes the structure of a network cable. Fiber optic cables are suitable for distribution over longer distances (up to 80 km) and are resistant to interference. Copper cables can be used for distances up to 100 m and are cheaper to purchase.

Fibre type

The glazier type is divided into multi mode and single mode. Single mode cables are characterized by the higher possible bandwidth and greater distances that they can bridge. Multi Mode cables are easier to manufacture, offer simpler connection technology due to the larger core diameter and are used within buildings or floors.
