Mica flat heaters are best suited for flat surfaces that need to be heated, where silicone or film heaters are not suitable at temperatures above 160°C. These heaters must be temperature-controlled and properly secured to achieve optimal performance. The flat mica heating plates are used in applications such as molds, rollers, casting molds, tanks, and process machines. They are manufactured by winding a resistance wire, insulating it, and providing connections, which are enclosed in a Zintec housing to ensure good mechanical strength and protection, allowing for surface heating at high temperatures of up to 260°C.
