The griddle is characterised by its low smoke emission and hygienic and very clean operation. The electric griddle plate is also ideal for use in commercial kitchens - from restaurants and snack bars to food trucks or catering events - and the fully automatic thermostat ensures that the temperature is kept constant. Thanks to the powerful heating element, which operates at 3,000 W, the electric griddle reaches the operating temperature of between 50 - 300 °C very quickly, which can be set using a handy rotary control.The powerful griddle plate of the electric grill is made of cast iron and quickly transfers the heat from the heating elements to the food and stores it at the same time. The 10 mm thick plate measures 530 x 350 mm.
