Search for an available workspace in the interactive floor plan and book it with just a few clicks. No longer need this workspace? Release it immediately so that other employees can use it.

Manage different types of workspaces. Bookable workspaces - Implement an efficient flex-office policy by giving your employees the option to choose between working from home and being present in the office. Hot desks are available for spontaneous use and are not bookable. Equip your hot desks with the ROOMZ Desk Sensor to be informed about the occupancy status in real time.

Improve collaboration. Find a colleague - Display your colleagues' bookings so you always know who is in the office.
