Product details

Whether in the music school, at home, in the studio, backstage, or on the go – the compact VT-12 is the ultimate vocal coach that you can always have with you. With a variety of built-in exercises and warm-ups to train your singing skills, the VT-12 can analyze your intonation in real-time, allowing you to see your progress at any time. The illuminated display shows the pitch and is even capable of displaying two singers simultaneously to assist you in practicing harmony singing.

The internal exercises and accompaniment pieces are based on the accompanying book from Berklee Press. Additionally, 50 classical vocal exercises from the standard work Concone Op. 9 are included. Visually check your intonation in half-step increments using the illuminated pitch display. The VT-12 can analyze and display two singers simultaneously for practicing two-part singing in equal temperament or pure intonation.

Built-in audio exercises with pilot singing and accompaniment tracks, along with a companion book from Berklee Press, are ideal for warming up and basic exercises. Deviations in your intonation compared to the pilot singing are displayed. The intonations of the pilot track and your singing are presented side by side for comparison.

The review function allows for immediate playback of your performance. There is a Rec In jack (stereo mini-jack) available to record songs and other lesson content. A mounting option for the included template for teaching and learning in solfège format with a movable "Do" is also provided. A metronome with tap tempo and a foldable stand are included as well. The VT-12 operates on two AA batteries (alkaline or Ni-MH rechargeable batteries).
