The new Scirocco "XS" is a further miniaturized and developed version of our successful models Scirocco "L" and "S". At your request, we have created an even more compact version of our Scirocco. The Scirocco XS features a newly designed fuselage, which has increased strength at the rear due to its oval shape. The wing geometry has been optimized in the outer area for the smaller wingspan. With a wingspan of 3.25m, it is more compact and significantly more agile, making it ideal for alpine areas on slopes. Equally impressive in flat areas or during dynamic aerobatics, the Scirocco XS showcases its full temperament. The Scirocco XS is a high-performance glider model constructed using modern GFK/CFK shell technology with very high strength. The H-shaped main spar, made of Airex sandwich construction as the core material with laminated carbon fiber fabric, has been significantly reinforced. The Scirocco XS is suitable for the hobby pilot looking for an all-round glider with a focus on agility and aerobatics/slope flying. The elaborate, aesthetically pleasing design allows for excellent flight attitude recognition as usual. The connection from the center section to the outer panels is made securely and cleanly via a CFK square spar.
